Industrial Relations Superintendent
Job No.: 651178
Department: Functional support- Jakarta
Work type: Permanent (Indonesia only)

Successful candidate will be responsible for managing day to day task of Industrial Relations: review and implement of Corporate HR Policy & Procedures, Company Regulation, and Collective Labour Agreement; advising on employee discipline and the application of Labour Law at each project.

Requirements:

* Tertiary qualification in Law with minimum of 8 years experience in similar role for large Mining, Construction or Oil & Gas industry,
* Excellent working knowledge of current Industrial Relations practices, labour law or government regulation,
* Possess valid lawyer certificate is a must,
* Experience to handle various cases of Industrial Relations in the Court,
* Strong leadership skills and good team work,
* Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.

Remuneration and Benefit Superintendent

Reporting to an Employee Relations Manager, you will assist him in conducting job analysis interview, and writing job description; also provide analysis report on job evaluation activities, salary surveys and structures, compensation programs, and market trends monitoring the organisation’s salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff; provide analysis and recommendations for competitive market peer community of companies, perquisite practices and salary, bonus, long-term incentive approaches; evaluates and compares existing company benefits with those of other employers by analysing other plans, surveys, and other sources of information; assist in development of specifications for new plans or modifies existing plans to maintain company competitive position in labour market.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, and Accounting specializing in Human Resources or equivalent; a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of Compensation & Benefits programs; have Compensation and/or Benefits certification preferred; broad knowledge of and ongoing awareness of compensation and benefit trends and regulations governing business accounting and taxation rules; knowledge of global pay practices; deep analytical abilities; understanding of statistical methodologies and analysis desired; strong leadership skills, focus on to detail; excellentcommunication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate.

Inventory Control and Cataloging Specialist

Reporting to Inventory and Cataloguing Senior Supervisor, you will Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in analyzing and controlling the site stocks in the JDE Inventory system; Assist the Business Unit in relation the Inventory set-ups, and data maintenance; Liaise with all sites Warehouse staff with all aspects of the system in order to maintain the integrity of the Inventory system; Prepare Monthly Stock takes as required and run random cycle count; Prepare trend and cost analysis report from the Inventory data base as required by the plant department; Assist in the implementation of the inventory system on any new requirements; Ensure all Issues, Receipt and Inventory transactions are done in a timely manner; Manage all stock replenishment in relation to the BSF workshop requirements; Analyze redundant stocks from sites; Assist in identifying deficiencies in the Inventory system and provide technical support to site personnel; Ensure the current system is used to accurately track master listed stocks; Train employees in the operations of the inventory management system applicable to Warehouse operation, and continual maintenance; Provide stock usage report to accurately predict lead times and prevent stock outs; Monitor and create accurate records to ensure proper documentation of TCI components on all sites

To be successful in this role you will need to have a Bachelor Degree with 3 years experiences in warehouse, cataloguing, and inventory. The candidate should fluent in English both oral and written/good communication skill; computer literacy; hard worker, active personality, team work, willing to learn and diligent.
