HR Operation Senior Officer (code: HR Op)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the process of payroll and benefit functions, including pay and benefit administration and staff welfare.
* Make a significant support and contribution to the implementation of the Bank’s business plan with regard to personnel compensation and benefit issues

Responsibilities:

* Develop Fund Transfer Pricing requirements involve in related system development process
* Coordinate Fund Transfer Pricing socialization with business unit and implementation
* Develop related policy and procedure
* Day to day Fund Transfer Pricing management and report ALCO secretary
* Active discussion with business units budgeting process using Fund Transfer Pricing approach
* ALCO report enhancement

Requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university
* Having experience 4 (four) years in Assets and Liability Management and Fund Transfer Pricing with proven exposures
* Strong knowledge of treasury product
* Self driven, tough, result and target oriented, practical
* Positive attitude
* Ability to manage tasks effectively and motivate team members without direct authority
* Able to work well under tight deadline
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
* PC literate, high integrity, risk focus and attention to detail
* Proficient in written and spoken English

IT Quality Assurance manager (code : IT QA)

Responsibilities:

* Ensuring that the technology activities comply with the policies and procedures and drives continuous improvement for quality of IT services.
* Provide accurate, control, review, assess, maintain and update all documents required for Auditor to be reviewed.
* Being aware of identity and manage risks related to related positions and control awareness in day to day activity.
* Working and acting in accordance with bank’s policies and procedures, standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree with major in Information Technology or relevant discipline.
* Must have 5 years experience in IT Audit.
* Have wide knowledge and strong analytical thinking of technology & QA best practices processes.
* Have experiences in leading and managing team.
