PT. Madhani Talatah Nusantara (Madhani) is Jakarta based company providing specialized contruction and mining contracting services to Indonesian resource sector, particularly for mining and mineral processing projects. PT. Madhani was established 31th October 2001 based on Company Articles of Association No. 55 and registered as a National Contruction and Mining Company in the Republic of Indonesia and can operate legally as a contractor in local resource industries. Since 1st April 2005 based on BKPM letter No. 39/V/PMA/2005 PT. Madhani was changed as Foreign Company. PT. Madhani shareholders are Indonesian and Australian citizen. Its seeking suitably qualified and experienced personnel for the following senior positions.

Application Engineer (AE) - Jakarta Based
Main duties and responsibilities :

* Reporting to the Site Project Manager, but capable to work with a minimum of day-to-day supervision to achieve agreed goals.
* Work side by side with site Operator-Trainer and Safety Co-ordinator.
* Work with the Operator Trainer and safety Co-ordinator to conduct regular equipment operator/driver refreshing training both in the training-room and on-the-job.
* Able to critically review all aspects of the mining operations from time-to-time, to define work inefficiency and equipment mis-operation.
* Recommend best equipment operating practices to the site management.
* Recommend best equipment selection and application for the site activities.
* Analyze and report on mining activities with the objectives to minimize operating cost and maximize productivity and efficiency.

Basic skills and attributes:

* Will have at least 5-years experience in open pit mining operations
* Familiar with Heavy Equipment operation, including: excavators, dump trucks, bulldozers, motor graders, etc
* Good understanding of efficient equipment operation
* Good understanding of efficient mining operation
* Basic knowledge of Heavy Equipment maintenance
* Good command in English
* Strong and disciplined character, willing to work hard
* Preferably has experience working for heavy equipment supplier (EOM)
