1. HR Executive
Job Description:
  • Handling recruitment process and administrative tasks related & required
  • Providing support for implementation of employee relation,personnel issues/activities and administrative tasks
  • Providing support of designing course materials for training, preparation and facilitation
Professional Qualifications:
  • Degree from Psychology with minimum 2 years of working experience in Human Resources
  • High degree of self initiative, multi tasking, well organized, detailed & careful working attitude
  • Able to negotiate and discuss critical HR topics with team & communicate on all hierarchy levels
2. Business Development Assistant
Job Description:
  • Handling day to day administration related with Agency training & development activity
  • Providing analytical reports of activities and assisting superior in projects related with Agency
Professional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree from Information Systems/Statistics/Computerized Accounting/Management
  • Good at analytical in numbers, careful, persistent, initiative, detailed person and able to work in team
  • Excellence computer skills in Excel, Word & Power Point also proficiency in English
3. Branch Support Admin. Staff (Jakarta, Mataram, Makassar, Cirebon, Menado based)
Handling day to day administration, reports and assisting superior in handling Branch activities

Professional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree from Management/Secretarial/Business Administration
  • Good at analytical in numbers, careful, persistent, initiative, detailed person and able to work in team
  • Excellence computer skills in Excel, Word & Power Point also proficiency in English
4. Corporate Marketing Staff
Job Description:
  • Developing & maintaining partnership with new and current corporate customer
  • Dealing with potential and or current corporate customer in order to achieving the target assigned
Professional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree & preferred minimum 1 year experience in similar position in an insurance company
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, communication & presentation skill and able to work in team or independently
5. Administration Marketing Support Staff
Job Description:
  • Handling day to day administration to support Marketing activities
  • Providing reports, proposal, tools of Corporate Marketing activities i.e. seminar, meeting & presentation
Professional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree from any major with minimum 1 year experience in similar position/function
  • Good at analytical in numbers, able to work with high accuracy & time-bound, initiative, careful & detailed
  • Excellence computer skills in Excel, Word & Power Point also proficiency in English
6. Programmer Specialist
Providing script & database by SQL and application by Delphi 7
Professional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree from Information Technology/Computer Science or other related major
  • Strong understanding of software development and knowledge in insurance is preferable
  • Posses programming experience in Microsoft SQL Server 2005, Delphi 7.0 & Database concept
  • Good command both written & spoken English
  • Hardworking, able to work under pressure, good analytic thinking, good communication, self starter & creative
7. Corporate Communication Officer
Job Description:
  • Responsible of updating Web Application module, Web Database, Web System & setting networking/internet
  • Responsible of producing reports, maintaining database server/related program and applications
Professional Qualifications:
  • Male with Bachelor degree from Information Technology or Computer Science or related major
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar field
  • Familiar with Microsoft SQL Server 2000, Delphi 7, Web Design (PHP,HTML,Java), Microsoft Office & Networking set-up
  • High degree of self-initiative & creativity, well organized, multi tasking & able to prioritize various topics/jobs
  • Detailed, problem solving and careful working attitude & able to work under pressure
8. Medical Practitioner
Job Description:
  • Handling and maintaining cooperation and relation with health provider i.e. hospitals/clinics
  • Handling Case Management and investigation related with provider relation/cooperation and health case
  • Providing presentation and health consultancy to health provider or corporate customers if required
Professional Qualifications:
  • Male, posses medical practitioner and preferred life insurance experiences
  • Good at communication, presentation skills & willing to travel
9. Secretary to Directors
Job Description:
  • Assisting the Directors in handling administration works, correspondence, meeting & traveling
  • Performing courtesy communication with business partners and other internal & external parties
Professional Qualifications:
  • Female, good looking with maximum 26 years old of age
  • Bachelor degree with min. 2 years experiences
  • Good at communication, careful, persistent, detailed person & able to work in team
  • Well organized and able to prioritize various topics/jobs with high degree of self initiative
  • Good computer literate & proficiency in English
10. Customer Care Head of West Java Area (Bandung Based)
Responsible for all customer service operational process & activities of branches within West Java area

Professional Qualifications:
  • Female with maximum 30 years old of age
  • Bachelor degree from any major with minimum 2 years experience of leadership
  • Excellent analytic thinking, communication & leadership skills
11. FRONT LINER Customer Service & Customer Service Officer
Job Description:
  • Handling customer requests by phone/e-mail/walk in (front liner) about products or related information
  • Handling customer administration & report
Professional Qualifications:
  • Female, good looking with minimum 162 cm of height and maximum 26 years old of age
  • Bachelor degre from any major
  • Preferred minimum 1 year experience in similar position preferably from an insurance company
  • Good analytical in numbers, communication skill & customer service oriented, patient, careful, persistent, initiative, detailed person and able to work in team
12. Legal & Compliance Staff
Handling day to day administration and activities/projects related with legal & compliance department

Professional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree from Legal for Legal section and from Legal or Management for Compliance section
  • Good at analytical & communication, careful, persistent, initiative, detailed person and able to work in team
  • Good computer literate & proficiency in English
13. Finance Staff
Handling reports related with commissions, transactions etc and finance activities

Professional Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor degree from Finance/Management/Accounting
  • Good at analytical in numbers, careful, persistent, initiative, detailed person and able to work in team
14. Claim Administration Staff
Analyzing claim documents and handling other administration job

Professional Qualifications:
  • Minimum D III degree from nursing/pharmacy/health management
  • Good computer literate, good analytical, careful, persistent, initiative, detailed person and able to work in team
15. Underwriting Staff
Handling risk selection of life insurance, processing life insurance registration and other administration.

Professional Qualifications:
  • Degree from Actuary or Health Insurance with minimum 1 year of working experience in similar job
  • Good computer literate, good analytical, careful, initiative, persistent, detailed person and able to work in team
