PT Tunas Inti Abadi, a fast growing coal mining company in Indonesia, subsidiary of Trakindo Group, operating a Mining Concession located on Sungai Danau in the Tanah Bumbu District of South Kalimantan. Applicants are invited for the following position:

1. HRD & GA Site Supervisor (Site Sebamban)
Successful candidate will be responsible for all HRD & GA issues on site. Capable in handling HR duties such as recruitment, industrial relations, general affairs, camp service, community development and administration. Good understand in Indonesia Man Power Regulation, Jamsostek. To liaise with the government officials such as Manpower dept, Local government, etc to ensure compliance of regulations. On hand experiences handling company permit or license (i.e. mining or forestry dept). Plans, coordinates, and ensures ongoing reliability of the site security system in conjunction with other key personnel.

Qualification:

• Min. D3 Majoring Law/Management from reputable University,
  
• 30- 35 years old and will be placed at our mining site,
  
• Having at least 5 years experiences handling Personnel & Administration on site,
• Good communication skills in Indonesia and English (oral and written),
  
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills,
  
• Highly self motivated, Strong Leadership, analytical skill, disciple, and team work.

2. Human Resources Officer (Jakarta)
Responsible to assist HR Supervisor in executing monthly payroll, Jamsostek administration, and handling personnel administration.

Qualification:

• Min. D3 in social science,
  
• Having at least 2 years experience as Payroll officer,
  
• Good understanding in income tax calculation, overtime calculation, and Jamsostek administration based on Manpower regulation,
  
• Meticulous, hard worker,
  
• Good command in English and computer literate.

3. Loading Master Assistant (Site Sebamban)
Responsible to assist Loading & Documentation Supervisor, ensuring all regulatory aspects concerning protection of the environment and maritime security are adhered to during marine transfer operations.

Qualification:

• Minimum Diploma in Marine,
  
• Requires 3-5 years experience as loading officer,
  
• Good knowledge export import shipping document,
  
• Good command in English and computer literate.

4. Port Production Foreman (Site Sebamban)
To coordinate and supervise coal crushing, implementation of Quality Control measure in the Stockpile and handling at ROM.

Qualification:

• S1 in Mining Engineering or related discipline,
  
• Minimum 2 -3 years in a similar role,
  
• Understanding utilization all equipment and productivity.

5. Quality Assurance Coordinator (Jakarta)
Responsible to prepare all Standard Operating Procedure and System for all company activities (SOP, Standard Form) based on business process, ensure all company activities comply to all quality requirement, ensure management system implementation, document control function, and internal audit.

Qualification:

• Minimum S1 in Engineering preferably Industrial Engineering,
  
• 5 years experience as Quality Assurance, ISO Document preparation,
  
• Business process knowledge, Good administration skill,
  
• Good knowledge in Mining Company knowledge,
  
• Good command in English, both written and spoken.

6. Cash Control Officer (Jakarta)
To control incoming and outgoing cash, and perform cash register, execute payment, and prepare bank reconcile.

Qualification:

• Minimum D3 in Accounting or Financial Management,
  
• Minimum 1 year experience as cash control officer, perform bank reconcile and cash controlling,
  
• Computer literate in all Microsoft Office Applications.
