Bank Ekonomi

PT. Bank Ekonomi Raharja Tbk. The Group is a financial institution engaged in general banking activities and provides savings products known as Tabungan Ekonomi, Tabungan Ultra, Tabungan Super Ultra, Eko Yunior, Eko Dolar, Eko Giro and Eko Depo. Recruitment Specialist (RS)
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct/ administer pre screening phones, psychological tests, interviews, and reports for selection purposes
  • Manage a pool of candidate database and update it regularly
  • Sell jobs to candidates and candidates to a job (qualifications mapping)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients/ businesses and candidates
  • Prepare recruitment progress update report and others related
  • Improve overall process based on data and facts to achieve HR support and service excellence
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Psychology or any relevant field
  • At least 3 – 5 years of working experience as a Recruiter is required, preferrably in banking industry
  • Good knowledge of various searching/ channeling methods that are available, combined with strong interview skills
  • Pleasant personality, customer and team oriented, good communication and negotiation skills
  • DISC and other assessment certifications would be a plus
  • Good knowledge of banking businesses
  • Proficient in Bahasa and English, both written and spoken
  • Good administration and organization/ planning capabilities, like to work with details
CUSTOMER SERVICE ( CODE : CS )
TELLER ( CODE : TEL )
Qualifications:
  • Diploma degree (D3) or Bachelor (S1) from any discipline with GPA min. 2.75
  • Male or Female, single, max. 27 years old
  • 1 (one) year working is preferable but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Honest, customer oriented, highly motivated/ hard worker
  • Enjoy working with details, high accuracy and excellent administration skills
  • Computer literate (MS Office) and able to work in a computerized environment
  • Proficiency in English (writing and speaking) and Mandarin (speaking) would be advantage
  • Available for placement in Jabodetabek area or the outregion
MARKETING FUNDING (MKT) /
ACCOUNT OFFICER (AO)
  • Bachelor degree (S1) in any related field from a reputable university
  • Minimum 1 (one) year experience in Marketing Funding (MKT) or; 1 (one) year experience in Marketing Lending for AO, and not from Marketing Card
  • Good knowledge of banking products (Funding/ Lending/ Bancassurance/ Invesment)
  • Strong customer base and market analysis in the related area applied for (wide networking), target oriented
  • Good persuasion, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English (writing and speaking) and Mandarin (speaking) would be an advantage
  • Available for placement in the Jabodetabek area
