Televisi Pendidikan Indonesia (TPI) atau Indonesian Education Television adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pertelevisian. TPI merupakan adalah stasiun televisi swasta ketiga setelah RCTI dan SCTV. Key Responsibilities:
To manage the planning, design, development, implementation, communication and on going administration of the company salary, stock option, management incentive bonus plans and employee benefit program in support of Corporate / Group / Divisional Objectives on both a short and long Term basis

Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Male
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline, major in Human Resources degree are preferred
- Minimum two years of experience in the design and administration of salary, stock participation, incentive bonus in related programs and in the benefit planning function
- Relevant experience in Job Analysis, Job Evaluation and Job Grading within a medium to large organization
- Experience in renumeration research
- Have extensive knowledge in policy and regulation regarding renumeration
- Able to work under pressure with a minimum supervision
- PC literate and proficient in written and spoken English
- Male
