RELIABILITY ENGINEER
Key Responsibilities:
  • Focus on long term reliability issues
  • Facilitate and implement root cause analysis
  • Identify gaps between facility strategy, reliability model, and plant performance
  • Use reliability principles to determine and make appropriate improvements
  • Follow work process to address reliability opportunities
  • Develop and implement operating discipline
  • Create preventative maintenance plans
Skills:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Engineering is required (Mechanical Engineer is preferred).
  • Ability to facilitate development of facility reliability and maintenance strategy, solve equipment reliability and availability loss problems through the application of reliability technology andtools.
Preferred Skills/Background:
  • 2-7 years maintenance/reliability and/or rotating equipment experience
  • Experience in a chemical manufacturing facility
  • Experience in reliability modeling, budgeting for expenditures
  • Ability to facilitate root cause investigations and develop and implement effective solutions from the investigation in order to achieve long term reliability.
  • Skill to effectively communicate solutions developed to solve reliability issues.
  • Use of reliability principles to solve problems and provide adequate documentation of solutions developed.
  • Strong interpersonal, technical, and leadership skills.

  • Bachelor degree in any majoring from reputable University
  • 5 years experience in export-import license, custom clearance, export-import execution, export-import network and Bounded Zone Expert.
  • Familiar with logistic management system (SCM, inbound or outbound).
  • 5 years in similiar filed from manufactring Industry would be prefered
