ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ACCOUNTANT ( Job Location : Jakarta )
This position is required to:

• Coordinate the receivables collection to customers and/or employees.
  
• Provide assistance to different departments in the finance & treasury matters.
• Ensure receivables are collected in time
  
• Implement finance & treasury best practices.
  
• Maintain banking relation.
  
• Maintain bank documentation.
  
• Perform bank reconciliation

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ACCOUNTANT ( Job Location : Jakarta )
This position is required to:

• Coordinate the payment activities to vendors, contractors and/or employees.
  
• Provide assistance to different departments in the finance & treasury matters.
  
• Ensure suppliers are paid in time.
  
• Ensure monthly tax returns are submitted in timely manner, and tax reconciliations are completed within the deadline.
  
• Implement finance & treasury best practices.

General requirements :

• S1 Accounting degree (GPA min 2.8)
  
• Fresh graduate
  
• 1 year of accounting experience is an advantage
  
• Fluent in written and spoken English
  
• Computer literate
  
• Highly ethical, honest, and discipline
  
• Proactive, independent, sense of urgency
  
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
  
• Good understanding of accounts payable cycle, taxations, and intermediate accounting knowledge.
  
• Willing to travel frequently
