Service Support Engineer
Key Responsibilities :
  • Interfaces primarily with customers, Authorized Service Provider, Factory and internal staff.
  • Responsible for ASP’s technical skill knowledge and performance.
  • Be the main technical focus person back to FXPC Singapore.
  • Provides technical training and advise to internal staff and TPM/ASP.
  • Submits reports on product quality and component reliability.
  • Handles customer telephone inquires, help desk, ensuring accurate and timely response.
  • Coordinate service call and dispatch to ASP to ensure timing response to customer.
  • Assist in stock control and service stock inventory issues.
  • Provides switch relief and other backup technical support.
  • Assist as a Customer Relation Officer in handling complaint.
Qualification & Experience :
  • Diploma/Degree holders in Electronic Engineering with minimum 3(three) years working experience (IT industry would be an advantage).
  • Have a self motivated & good leadership with the ability to work independently as well as a team player.
  • Good knowledge on computer applications.
  • Male are preferred with age maximum 35 (thirty-five) years old.
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Willing to travel occasionally within Indonesia and/or abroad.
Senior Business Development Executive – Outside-Jakarta (Jakarta-based)
He/She plays a key role in formulating strategy both in retail sales programs/activities & project-based deals, developing channel coverage in major cities outside Jakarta, building relationships with retailers, maintaining channel loyalties, administrating the distribution of marketing literatures, managing the channels conflicts and organizing new product training & road shows in major cities outside Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Drive sales & build business relationships with key channel partners outside Jakarta
  • Generate lead and/or prospecting some key projects outside Jakarta, Develops & implement channel partners sales programs & promotional activities to get sell-to & sell-thru.
  • Responsible for overseeing the retail channels development & expansion.
  • Together with channel partners, follows up on sales leads with objective is to close the deal.
  • Ensures channel partner receives and understands product and marketing information and is trained in all areas of product knowledge.
  • Organize sales training to channel partners (e.g: new product training).
  • Responsible for the distribution of marketing/products literatures, promotional materials & other POSM material.
  • Collects and disseminate competitive information to distributor and/or reseller partner.
  • Develop and maintain quarterly forecast for key channel partner.
  • Visit channel partner on regular basis.
  • Develops closed & personal relationships and achieves key-channel partners satisfaction goals
  • As he/she is station in Jakarta so willing to do frequent traveling to some major cities outside Jakarta.
Qualification & Experience :
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Business Studies/ IT / Computer Science.
  • Minimum 5 (five) years of related experience in the sales/channel management in IT distribution business and have a wide network with IT resellers.
  • Creative, self motivated with the ability to work independently as well as a team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, channel sales & presentation skills.
  • Willing to travel a lot to some major cities outside Jakarta.
Senior Marketing Executive
Senior Marketing Executive as a brand champion / ambassador is responsible for formulating, co-ordinating & implementation of Indonesia’s marketing programs/activities, build relationship with 3rd party agencies for joint programs, planning and execution of planned marketing/A&P/branding activities; and the coordination of product launches and trade shows throughout Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Responsible for all marketing programs/projects set by local team and/or Regional marketing team.
  • Provide support in compiling competitors’ analysis and managing customers’ database.
  • Formulating the strategy & implement suitable channel program, Advertisement & Promotion and PR activities to support overall country business performance.
  • Initiate and co-ordinate joint marketing programs with appointed PR / advertising agency /vendor/media or other party.
  • Take leadership in coordinating with distributors and/or resellers to develop marketing activities schedule.
  • Responsible for the localization of marketing communication materials (POS, website, User’s Guide) and PTT application (as per needed).
  • Take leadership in Fuji Xerox Printers’ launch events and/or seminars on new products.
  • Assisting Country Manager in controlling & managing the marketing budget.
Qualification & Experience :
  • Degree in Marketing/Business Studies/Mass Communication with minimum 5(five) years working experience (IT industry would be an advantage).
  • Creative, self motivated with the ability to work independently as well as a team player.
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Female are preferred with age maximum 32 (thirty-two) years old.
  • Certain degree of traveling within Indonesia and/or abroad.
