PT Jasa Teknologi Informasi IBM (IBM-JTI) was founded in 2003 as a Service Organization providing resources to PT IBM Indonesia, to perform Hardware installation and After Sales Service for IBM product in Indonesia. Starting 2004, we open our services not limited to IBM product but also for other product. IBM-JTI aim to build the company into an established and respectable company with a strong management team by continuing strive for excellence and commit to quality, contributing to the country in creating job opportunities and transfer of technology.

Today, IBM-JTI focus on Maintenance and Service Business in Information Technology in Indonesia. IBM-JTI short history was build successfully through its commitment to customers, to our people and to share holder. We are seeking for highly motivated candidates to join the challenging opportunity as:

IT Staff (IT) (Based in Jakarta)
Qualifications :
  • Male, age max 24 years old
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • 2 years solid experience in application development
  • Experience in object – oriented analyst and design, database management, data structure, computer networking, and object – oriented programming
  • Required skill (s): in PHP, Java Script, and Ajax, MySQL
  • Strong Knowledge in UNIX Application (LINUX, AIX, SOLARIS,etc)
  • Knowledge of Software development methodologies
  • Strong organizational skill, including the ability to quickly resolve problems and work with little supervision
  • Able to work underpressure and tight schedule, independently and proactively
  • Good command of English- written, spoken and reading
Computer System Engineer (Code: CE) (Based in Makassar / Manado)
Qualifications:
  • Male, age max 24 years old
  • Fresh graduate with max. 18 months experiences
  • Minimum of Bachelor degree with good educational background from a reputable university (majoring electrical or Computer engineering)
  • Must have skill in linux, UNIX, TCP/IP, network troubleshooting
  • Strong leadership, good team works, motivation & hard working
  • Familiar to work on site alone and/or in a supervision team
  • Good command of English- written, spoken and reading
Human Resources Development Staff (HR) (Based in Jakarta)
Qualifications:
  • Male / Female, max. 25 years old
  • Minimum S1 degree majoring Human Resources Management / Psychology
  • Preferably has 1 year experience as HRD staff (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
  • Excellent knowledge in HR system, procedures & performance management, Indonesian
  • Labor Law & Regulation Relation, Recruitment, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefit
  • Fluent in both oral & written English is a must
  • Has good computer skill
  • Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, & able to work as team.
  • Can work accurately, dependable, and has initiative
  • Fast learner, hard working, can work under pressure, available work overtime.
Admin (Code: ADM) (Based in Makassar)
Qualifications:
  • Female, max. 25 years old
  • Diploma or Bachelor degree with good educational background from a reputable university (majoring Secretary/ Management/ Accounting)
  • Preferably has 1 year experience as Admin Staff (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
  • Computer literate (Ms Office and internet application)
  • Good command in English both written, spoken and reading
  • Easy to develop interpersonal communication
  • Able to work both as a team member and as individual
  • Willing to work under pressure
