Our Trainee Program is seen as an investment in recruiting and developing talent which will provide leadership in functions and locations that offer strategic opportunities.
We are offering a career path in one of our core distribution businesses - Direct Marketing. The Traineeship will progress to an Executive Level position at the end of the 2 year Traineeship.
The Successful candidate will be located in our Jakarta office and be expected to undertake some training in our office in Singapore.
Requisites :
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status
- Graduates from marketing/business degree programmes (preferable from overseas)
- With 1-2 years work experience in a financial institution preferably
- An indication of quantitative abilities is necessary
- Demonstration of achievement in academic and individual endeavours is essential, with leadership capabilities as evidenced by school and work activities requiring initiative and involvement
- A genuine desire to succeed within the corporate insurance industry is essential
- Good written and spoken English and Indonesian is essential
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Mainly responsible for coordinating technical matter related to product/campaign launching and executing Management Information System role
- Coordinating all relevant departments to set up project plan and project schedule in order to achieve smooth and on time launching
- Analyzing and preparing the readiness of operational and MIS processes related to product/campaign launching
- Establishing simplification, improvement and automation of the operational processes, reporting systems and data management
- Executing post launching activities: reviewing and fine tuning processes, fulfilling Operational and MIS Service Level Agreement to partners, communicating with partners for status/update/reports/problem solving
- Male/Female, with a minimum in D3/Bachelor Degree qualification in Management Information System or Information Technology from reputable college/university, min GPA 3.00
- Experience in the field of MIS and/or Project Management, minimum 3 years. Experience in the insurance industry would be an advantage
- Profound project management skills (strong in communication, coordination, planning/scheduling, analytical and problem solving)
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- High proficiency in computer skills. Knowledge of database concept, DB2 database, Crystal Report Tool is a must
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Self motivated and good interpersonal skills
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the achievement of the sales target made periodically
- Responsible for the activities of the sales forces including team leader and sales management team under his/her supervision (call activities made, occupancy team, absence reporting)
- Responsible for the productivities of the sales forces including team leader and sales management under her/his supervision (KPI target)
- Responsibilities of the span control of the team under his/her supervision
Responsible for the quality and quantity of sales under her/his supervision - Working closely with internal department (i.e Legal, A & H, Operation, IT/MIS, Finance etc) and external parties (Sponsor, Vendor, Outsourcer etc)
- Participate together in trying to get more effective on the billable hour spent in the Call Center (monitoring the efficiency and productivity in Call Center as per target set)
- Working closely with TM Support Manager to create and design plan training roadmap for the sales force and management team under her/his supervision
- Working closely with TM Support Manager to create better quality of recruitment and people hired
- Male/Female, with a minimum in D3 certification
- Having a good telephone manner and presentation & communications skill
- A sales-oriented individual with good service skill
- Good command in English (written and spoken)
- With at least 3 years telemarketing experience
- High proficiency in managing people and team
- Experience in training preferably
- Proficiency in system and TM infrastructure preferably
- Have a strong motivation and target oriented
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Working within established guidelines, ensure that products are well underwritten to meet line of business targeted ratios for losses, commissions, and premium
- Within established guidelines proactively prepare for account renewal review with marketing staffs. Ensure all files are documented per company policy
- Within approved guidelines, establish, implement and communicate country underwriting policies and procedures, response timetables and quality standards. Work directly with Customer Service unit to ensure timely and accurate issuance of policy documentation
Liaise with claims people to ensure information is available for appropriate and timely adjustments - Participate in the country budgeting, forecasting processes, other projects, as assigned
- Male/Female, maximum age 35 years old, with a minimum in bachelor degree certification
- Experience as marine cargo and marketing minimum 2 years from insurance company or Broker Company
- Have additional educational support (ANZIIF, AAIK, AAAIK, LPAI, etc.) will take precedence
- Fluent in written and spoken English (including English for correspondences)
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skill
- Able to work independently or as part in team
- Flexible and able to adapt to different working environment
- Well knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
