Solution Representative - Brand Specialist
- This role is responsible for selling IBM offerings for Retail Store Solution directly to customers.
- They are specialized in a set of related offerings known as a disciplines, and assigned to specific opportunities where they possess the sales and technical expertise required to conduct all phases of the sales cycle.
- For assigned opportunities, they are responsible for closing the sale and positively influencing customer satisfaction with respect to the engagement and IBM offerings.
- They have developed an understanding of the sales processes, techniques and tools in the discipline, which include, but are not limited to opportunity / territory management, availability management, network management, application development, cost justification, recovery services, and acquisition management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Information Technology
- English: Fluent

Brand Specialist specializes in a specific system or technology brand. They are deployed to specific opportunities where they apply their sales and product expertise, often in conjunction with Business Partners to close the business for IBM.
Responsibilities:
- Matching IBM solutions to customer requirements and selling IBM offerings directly to customers or through IBM Business Partners.
- They will develop and maintain expertise in a designated set of IBM offerings.
- They must understand competition and develop appropriate winning sales strategies.
- Employees in this role will present value of IBM solutions to all levels of customer management and driving product sales and for the customer's satisfaction with the engagement and offerings.
- They must be effective in teaming with other IBM sales and technical sales resources to provide complete solutions to customer business requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Information Technology
- At least 5 years experience in Working knowledge in Storage Platform Products
- English: Fluent
- Indonesian: Fluent
