Key Acount Manager
The role of this position is to :

• Identify channel universe, contribute to set channel priorities.
  
• Negotiate on agreement and maintain long term relationship with outlets.
  
• Develop relevant trade promotion (in store POS placement) and consumer activation to generate brand presence and sales increase.
  
• Develop account profile and monitor account performance in line with previously defined target.
  
• Providing report on market trend and competitor activities to internal MDC ( Modern Distribution Channels ) team and recommend action plan.

The qualifications are:

• University graduates in any discipline
  
• Proven track in managing National Account
  
• Solid experience in Sales Management
  
• Strong financial analysis
  
• Excellent knowledge in trade dynamics and brand activities in trade level
• Min 2 - 3 proven, successful & sustained track record within a Major FMCG company
  
• Fluent in English both verbal & written
  
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  
• Effective and successful negotiation skills
  
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Willing to be placed at Jakarta
