Human Resources Manager
Qualification:
  • Male, Max. 4o years old
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development.
  • Five plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.
  • Should have strong in operational, leadership and presentation skills
  • Must be a team player who is committed to continuous improvement
  • Excellent report writing, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience and good knowledge and understanding of DEPNAKER rules, Income tax employee, jamsostek and insurance policies.
  • Experience in setting up HR system and policy, formulating company policies, implementing manpower strategies and procedures
  • Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labour relations, preferred.
Finance Supervisor
Oversee and perform all system and procedure, financial duties as Finance and Administration in the Corporate Office

Essensial Functions:
  • Managing Cash Management.
  • Cash Flow forecasting and controlling
  • Controlling Financial aspect and reporting
  • Leading and managing teams
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification:
  • Degree in Accounting/Management; Ex Senior Auditor preferred; knowledge of Finance
  • Knowledge of Banking activities and procedures
  • A minimum of five years finance/accounting experience; experience in budget development and preparation of financial statements, Accounting, Tax, Invoicing, Account Payable, Inventory
  • Skills/Aptitudes: Effective written and oral communication skills; ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines; excellent accounting and math skills
  • Has the ability to interact with all types of people
  • Must be able to get along with co-workers, customers, vendors, respond politely to all individuals and work well as a team player
  • Ability to work flexible hours in addition to normal business hours
Product Manager (PM)
Qualification:
  • Bachelor degree from any discipline from reputable university
  • Maximum 35 years old
  • Strong skills in Product and Marketing strategy
  • Able to conduct planning, developing and implementing marketing
  • Have minimum 3 years experience as product / marketing manager.
Marketing Executive
Qualification:
  • Bachelor degree from Economical or Industrial Engineering major from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00.
  • Has min 2 years professional experiences in Electronic Product marketing.
  • Can provide market data analysis through Microsoft software.
  • Bahasa Indonesia and English both oral and written is a must.
  • Ability to work independently under minimum supervision.
Corporate Communication staff
Qualification:
  • Bachelor degree in advertising, broadcasting, and communication discipline from a reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75.
  • Male or female with maximum 28 years of age.
  • Have minimum 2 years professional experiences in corporate communication /public relation area especially in handling media relation activities.
  • Communicative, energetic, team player, detail oriented and well organized, possess creativity and innovative
  • Proficient in the use of computer based office tools (Ms. Office).
Sales Reps (Jakarta, Pontianak, Medan, Pekanbaru, Batam)
Qualification:
  • Male/Female with maximum age of 30
  • Bachelor Degree of any discipline with minimum GPA 2,75
  • At least 2 years experience in sales
  • Strong analytical skill with high initiatives
  • Self-motivated, target oriented, mature, able to work under pressure, cooperatives and good communication
  • Computer literate and good command in English
  • Having a driving license (A and/or C).
Accounting / Finance Staff
Qualification:
  • Male / Female
  • Bachelor degree majoring Acc, tax, economy
  • GPA min 2.75
  • Single, maximum 30 years old
  • Minimum 1 years experience in accounting or finance
Sales Supervisor (SS)
Qualification:
  • Bachelor degree from any discipline from reputable university
  • Maximum 30 years old
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Sales Supervisor
  • Have strong network and business relations to sales activities
Sales Executive
Qualification:
  • Male/Female with maximum age of 30
  • Bachelor Degree of any discipline with minimum GPA 2,75
  • At least 2 years experience in sales field for regular and/or modern outlet
  • Strong analytical skill with high initiatives
  • Self-motivated, target oriented, mature, able to work under pressure and cooperatives
  • Good communication, negotiation skills and people management
  • Computer literate and good command in English
  • Having a driving license (A and/or C).
Internship Program (SS)
Qualification:
  • Male or female, university student from any major with min GPA 2,80 and still studying in final semester or doing the final assignment or fresh graduate student.
  • Actively participated or involved in campus activates.
  • An excellent oral and written communication skill in English is a must.
  • Computer Literate (Ms. Office) is a must.
  • Available to follow Internship Program for 3 months
