Sales & Marketing Analyst
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* General Roles
* To be totally responsible and strictly involved for the Sales and marketing analysis and data base (all sorts), compilation of sales (by national region, area, territory and sub territory), demand activity, to support of the sales & marketing Teams.
* Track, monitor dealer, retailer’s, performance.
* Track, monitor, compile and summary team performance related to incentive plan
* To participate actively and effectively in the project teams as required making necessary actions and recommendations to ensure professional sales & marketing and proposals are submitted as back up.
* To work closely with all members of the sales & marketing team assuring the quality of work assigned by Sales national manager and marketing manager and RSM.
* To maintain the company's highest standard of professionalism at all times.
* Coordinate any Market Research work to support the projects.
* To ensure that any work done in his/her area is of the highest quality, is profitable, efficient and professionally managed (in-depth).
* To assist the sales & marketing Team(s) in ensuring that the desired sales & marketing objective is reflected in the result.

* Accountabilities

o Responsible of sales & marketing data base, compiling and analyzing data as a standard for all Country leadership team and sales and marketing team
o Track, monitor dealer, retailer’s, performance.
o Track, monitor, compile and summary team performance related to incentive plan
o Maintain a close view on developments and trends in the market, particularly those affecting market.
o Analyze the effectiveness of sales and marketing program
o Tracking and analyze fuctional cost of Sales and marketing
o Create effective and friendly SOP template for supporting data gathering in the field
o To develop data base for strategy, with analysis s and recommendations covering, comprehensive of markets and its needs.
o Identify issues
o Propose or inform relevant program from result of data analysis.
o To properly brief the creative and other related departments including third parties if so required.
o Ensuring timely delivery of all works.
o Keep updated on the progress of the work
o Produce: Progress reports, Date Plan
o Ensure quality of work before submitting to direct supervisor
o Identify the best data and manpower resources in support of the research and / or analysis tasks
o To propose new Methodologies and ways of doing analysis
o Provide an appropriate degree of supervision on all relevant Projects handled.
o To propose cost savings measures in his / her field of responsibility with the team


Requirements:

* Min. Bachelor Degree from Management
* Min. 3 year working experiences as Data Analyst or Business Analyst
* Analytical thinking, Capable handle documents filing
* Fluent in English both written and communication
* Employment:

o Will be base in Jakarta Head Office
o Contractual basis for min. 1 year
