Bersaudara Investco Energi, The Power of Nature. BIE is a fact growing Hydro Power Producer with ambitious plans for the expansion of Small Hydro Power Plants in Simalungun, North Sumatra.

We are urgently looking for experienced, qualified, motivated and committed professionals / personnel for the following positions:

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Operations
Code: BIE/SPM

• The candidate must be a Civil Engineer with at least 15 years extensive experience in the civil engineering and construction of Hydro Power Plants or other energy related plants- and should possess at least a Bachelor of Sciences degree.
  
• is responsibilities will include the achievement of the on-time completion of several Small Hydro Power plants and within pre-approved budgets.
  
• He will liaise with Government agencies, officials and villagers alike to ensure a timely implementation and uninterrupted construction of the Small Hydro Power plants. He must have knowledge of the (renewable) energy related Acts, Regulations and Labour Laws. He will closely follow up and ensure control over and with the contractual agencies to guarantee execution of civil works, infrastructure and construction and all related services. The candidate must be self motivated and a team player with strong Interpersonal skills and strong management and good leadership qualities.
  
• He should be ambitious and committed to achieving corporate targets. Good command of the English language and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
  
• The candidate will be based at the BIE offices in Jakarta, however frequent travel to the Project site(s) in North Sumatra will be required, including regular longer stays at the project site(s) location(s).
  
• The position is open for local candidates as well as for Expatriates.

PROJECT MANAGER
Operations/Planning
Code: BIE/PM

• The candidate must be a Civil Engineer with at least 10 years extensive experience in the civil engineering and construction of Hydro Power Plants or other energy related plants and should possess at least aBachelor of Sciences degree.
  
• Reporting to the SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER, his responsibilities will be the project budgeting and cost control, planning and control of project time schedules as well as the liaison with all contractual agencies.
  
• The candidate must be self motivated, a self starter and a team-player with good communication skills, must be computer literate.
  
• Good command of the English language and Bahasa Indonesia with good verbal and written skills are required.
  
• The candidate will be based at the Simalungun project site(s). The position is open for local candidates only.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Operations
Code: BIEJMCE

• The candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable University with at least 5 years experience in operating Hydro Electric Power Plant machinery and equipment and related equipment, such as turbines and generators, including organization of maintenance and planning, maintain analysis of mechanical downtime Issues, spare parts control and ensure smooth running of process of equipment.
  
• The candidate must be self motivated and a self starter, computer literate and with good knowledge of the En9lish language.
  
• The candidate will be based at the Simalungun project site. The position is open for local candidates only.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Operations
Code: BIE/MEE

• The candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable University with at least 5 years experience in operating Hydro Electric Power Plant machinery and equipment and related equipment, such as control systems, generators and transformers, including organization of electrical maintenance and scheduling, maintain analysis of electrical downtime issues, spare parts control and ensure smooth running of process and control equipment.
  
• The candidate must be self motivated and a self starter, computer literate and with good knowledge of the English language.
  
• The candidate will be based at the Simalungun project site. The position is open for local candidates only.

FINANCE/ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Finance
Code: BIE/AFM

• The candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting and have a detailed knowledge of taxation.
  
• The candidate must be self motivated and a team player, computer literate and with good knowledge of the English language.
  
• He/she will be based at the BIE Jakarta offices. The position is open for local candidates only.

ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE
Administration
Code: BIE/AE

• The candidate must have senior high school qualification and preferably a diploma in business administration.
  
• He/she will be responsible for all matters concerning project administration and documentation for all ongoing projects.
  
• The candidate must be self motivated and a team player with good communication skills, must be computer literate.
  
• Good command of the English language with good verbal and written skills are required. The candidate will be based at the BIE offices in Jakarta. Occasional travel to the project site(s) may be required.
  
• The position is open for local candidates only.
