Operation Finance Controller (OFC – DDI)
Responsibilities:

• Control Industrial/ Manufacturing Related frame for 2 Factories (Fresh Dairy Product and Long Shelve Life Product) on Costing, Investment approval, Manufacturing Performance, and Post Mortem
• Managing Order to Cash Process, From Customer Service to Account receivable include supply chain analysis
• Responsible for Cost Accounting and Capex Management
• Lead and control budgeting process
• In charge of Manufacturing Financial Report for both country and regional reporting
• Manage Team which comprises about 25 peoples
• Direct report to the company’s Finance Director
  

Requirements:

• Hold min Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Finance, Master/ MBA is advantage
• Having a minimum 10 years overall experiences in Finance / Accounting fields with 2-3 years as Finance Controller will be preferable
• Well organized, meticulous, structured, disciplined
• Fluent in English is a must
• Has experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) environment is preferred
• SAP Knowledge
• Experience in Internal Control system
