PT Mobile-8 Telecom Tbk, is a public listed company serves approximately 3 Million subscribers in 2007. Under the brand of Fren and Hepi, Mobile-8 is one of the largest telecommunication companies in Indonesia holding nation wide licenses for CDMA technology and FWA one. Fren are now in entire Java island, Madura, Bali, North Sumatra, South Sumatra, South Kalimantan, and South Sulawesi while Hepi has just been launched in Jakarta, Bandung, Bali and Banjarmasin and would be in other cities as well. As part of our commitment to widen the operational coverage and enhance services around Indonesia, we are now looking for self driven and dynamic professional to join our team as:

Area Sales Manager
Area: Jakarta, Bandung (West Java), Central Java
Code: ASM-JKT, ASM-BDG, ASM-Central

You will be in charge in:

Reporting to the Head of Region, you will be taking care of all of the full sales aspect within your assigned area, from its planning, organizing, actuating until the controlling. It would mainly include ensuring the sales performance, and managing and guiding the sales force.

Minimum Requirement:

• Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable universities with relevant subject
  
• Has previous proven track record in sales experience, preferably in Telco company of a minimum of 3 years working experience in managerial level,
  
• Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  
• Possess strong business sense, high integrity, good leadership, good interpersonal skill and ability to motivate sales team/subordinate.
  
• Proactive, adaptive, mature, self starter, team player and hard worker.
  
• Familiar with pressure of high target environment
