HRD Manager / HRD Supervisor / HRD Officer
We are now looking for challenged people to join one of the biggest single site mill in the world, placed in Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau, as :
1. HR Manager
- Bachelor Degree, preferably from HR or Business.
- Having minimum 8 years experience in human resource with experiences in managerial level.
- Having experiences in managing Personnel Administration, recruitment, HR strategic.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Mandarin is an advantage.
- Good leadership skill & good interpersonal skill.
- Willing to work at Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau.
- Bachelor degree with minimum 5 years experience in human resource with experience in supervisory level.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Mandarin is an advantage.
- Good leadership skill & good interpersonal skill.
- Willing to work at Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau.
- Bachelor degree, any major with minimum GPA 2.75 (scale of 4.00)
- Preferably with 1-2 year experience in human resource. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
