SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT

The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing, documenting, and presenting infrastructure consulting solutions for new and existing customers.The Solution Architect will be required to maintain a strong knowledge of System, Storage, and Software Technologies. It is also important that Solution Architect should have knowledge on various area of consulting conceptual such as ITIL, Security Compliance, Information Life-cycle Management, Data Center Strategy, eTOM, TOGAF, and etc.

The Solution Architect will be committed to developing loyal and successful partners by clearly identifying and understanding both customer and supplier requirements and providing services and product to meet or exceed their expectation.

Essential duties and responsibilities :

* Interact with sales team
* Develop and design infrastructure consulting offering which includes: System, Storage, and Software that can be package into consulting services (eg. Green Data Center, Private Cloud Computing Service, Information Life-cycle Management, and etc.)
* Identify customers requirements, evaluates alternatives and makes infrastructure Professional Service Offering recommendation that fits together with Sun Products (includes: Server, Storage, andSoftware)
* Accompany sales personnel on customer visits to discuss and create opportunities to solve customer requirement through professional service offering.
* Create technical marketing presentations for Professional Service Offering using Sun infrastructure technologies which includes Sun Solution Offering, ROI, and TCO analysis.
* Work in coordination with customers and sales staff to resolve software, platform, and/or network design/configuration issues.
* Calls on customer accounts with the sales staff and demonstrates and advise customers on software, platform and/or network configurations and capabilities
* Provide technical training to sales personnel
* Responsible for advising and documenting the technical plan within assigned account plan
* Excellent communication and analytic
* Perform self-study and certification testing

TechnicalExperience:

* 5-8 years direct experiences.
* Bachelor Degree or Equivalent work experiences.
* Relevant industry certifications or equivalent knowledge.
* Have knowledge on IT conceptual consulting such as ITIL, TOGAF, Security Compliance, Information Life-cycle Management, and etc.
* Have experience on multi-platform O/S technology, and adequate knowledge on UNIX based system.
* Have understanding on various implementation of software architecture includes: Service Oriented Architecture, Identity Management, Business Intelligent, and etc.
* Have basic understanding of data center design which includes: Data Center Facility Design, Data Center Cooling System, Cabling Management, and Fire Suppression Management.
* Strong knowledge of Server, Storage and Software Integration includes: High Available and Service Continuity Infrastructure Design, Dynamic Infrastructure and Server and Storage Virtualization design.
* Have Telco Industry knowledge which includes: OSS/BSS, Telco Network Infrastructure, and etc.
