Citibank, N.A., Indonesia Branch (“Citibank”) is a full branch of Citibank, N.A. with its head office in New York, U.S.A. Citigroup Inc. (“Citigroup”) fully owns Citibank, N.A. We first established our presence in Indonesia in 1918 through its predecessor company, The International Banking Corporation in Batavia and Surabaya. While those branches were closed in the late 1920s, Citibank returned to Jakarta in 1968 and established a full range of banking activities.

Citibank retail banking in Indonesia operates 19 branch offices and 102 ATMs in six major Indonesian cities: Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Semarang and Denpasar.

Business Development Executive (BDE)
(Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung Semarang, Medan, Bali)

Roles and Responsibility:

• Serve as the primary frontline liaison with Citibank customers.
  
• Build the business by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new customers.
  
• Develop and implement planning of sales activities in order to achieve given targets.
  
• Assess customer needs and make appropriate product recommendations.
  
• Assist customers in their financial planning.
  
• Ensure that current and prospective customers have a consistently superior Citibank experience

Qualifications:

• Has strong passionate in sales and service oriented
  
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university and a minimum GPA of 3.00; Overseas University will be considered
  
• Familiarity with lifestyle of the affluent market
  
• Ability to build and maintain business networks effectively
  
• Excellent verbal and written English
  
• High level of integrity, confidence, persistence, and dedication
  
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from reputable University
  
• Have at least 3year experience in Banking Sales
  
• Have a good communication in English and Bahasa
  
• Strong in Communication and Negotiation skills
  
• Strong leadership, results oriented, hard working, highly motivated and ability to work under pressure
